The garden sleeps and the roses have died
The last rose remains, petals dropping, crushed by your hands
   The last rose is strong and resilient
     The last rose shall make you bleed from its thorns
     The last rose clings to beauty until the frost 
     The last rose symbolizes new love and life
     The last rose shall not give up
